Both the Birthday and Christmas Fairies were generous with their giftage this year. New tripod, new bag, big kick-ass flash (Metz! Oh yah!), some lovely Hoya and Cokin filters for closeupness and general effects.

... I'm desperate to run out and play with my new toys!!!! Hopefully this weekend. We have a Bithday party on Friday night for FuzzyZquare, and we HAVE to go to the States and redeem our Visa - but I'd like to make it to a park or something this weekend also. I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms.

I'm looking forward to learning how to use my new gadgets and becoming more confident with my photography.
